SLP Park Long Hau’s strategic location connects Ho Chi Minh City to the Mekong Delta’s 12 provinces.

Ho Chi Minh City, November 15, 2021 – SLP Park Long Hau held a Ground-Breaking Ceremony in Long Hau Commune, Can Giuoc District, Long An Province officially marking SLP’s second logistics development and its long-term commitment to the Vietnam market. 

After SLP Park Hai Phong in Northern Vietnam, this is the first project in the Southern market. Upon completion, SLP Park Long Hau will feature two double-story warehouses with a net leasable area of more than 51,000 sqm. The project’s first phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2022 and the second phase in the first half of 2023.

SLP Park Long Hau is located in the Long Hau 3 Industrial Park, 19 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City, 3 kilometers from Hiep Phuoc Port, and 14 kilometers from Phu My Hung Urban Area. Its strategic location connects Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta’s 12 provinces and is an ideal location for urban and last-mile logistics and international freight logistics services for e-commerce companies as well as nearby manufacturers.
