Global and Local ESG Achievements

Since 2013, GLP has reported to GRESB, the global ESG benchmark for real estate assets, on all our ESG duties. Our funds routinely achieve GRESB’s Green Star rating. In 2021, GLP Capital Partners became a signatory to the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) and targeted continual improvement for the number of our funds submitted to ESG as well as GRESB Green Star Designation. We recognize the climate imperative under the Paris Agreement and are implementing recommendations under the Taskforce for Climate-Related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) framework. We are in the process of formulating our Net Zero strategy, which includes the development of a science-based decarbonization target for our operations and our investments..

SLP Park Yen Phong in Bac Ninh province received its LEED certification in Feb 2023, making it SLP’s first green-certified modern warehouse in Vietnam. This recognition highlights our unwavering commitment to sustainability and responsible building practices, showcasing our dedication to reducing environmental impact while delivering state-of-the-art industrial properties.
